All partnership, especially in franchising, go through the 6 following stages:

THE GLEE STAGE: I’m happy about this partner, business, franchisor, and so on.

THE FEE STAGE: The franchisor is taking all the profit in royalties or I have to pay things that I wouldn't pay without the intervention of my partner or unfortunately I have to divide the profit with this person.

THE ME STAGE: I’m successful, my business is a success because of me hard work.

THE FREE STAGE: I don’t like restrictions. I want to be free.

THE SEE STAGE: I recognize thar my partner ou franchisor has a very important part in the business.

THE WE STAGE: This is the awareness part and where the partnership really starts.

These stages are natural and inevitable. Believe in each one contribution and that united you both will go much further.

O ESTÁGIO ALEGRIA: Eu estou feliz com este parceiro, negócio, franqueador, e assim por diante.

O ESTÁGIO TAXA: O franqueador está tomando todo o lucro em royalties ou eu tenho que pagar as coisas que eu não pagaria sem a intervenção do meu parceiro ou infelizmente eu tenho que dividir o lucro com essa pessoa.

O ESTÁGIO EU: Eu sou bem sucedido, o meu negócio é um sucesso por causa do meu trabalho duro.

O ESTÁGIO LIVRE: Eu não gosto de restrições. Eu quero ser livre.

O ESTÁGIO RECONHECER: Eu reconheço que meu parceiro ou franqueador tem um papel muito importante no negócio.

O ESTÁGIO NÓS: Esta é a parte da conscientização. É onde a parceria realmente começa.
